We are proud to have a team of 130 members; made up of experienced and dedicated specialists in broker technology, security, customer experience and administrative support. We also have a reputable and bilingual service desk.

PSI (Partner Solutions Inc.) was founded in 2000 with the mission of providing IT and managed security services specifically to Canadian insurance brokers. In 2004, ING acquired Equisure, which included BMS (Broker Management System) hosting services.

In 2004, ING acquired Allianz Canada, including Canada Brokerlink and Trafalgar. This acquisition significantly expanded PSI's reach and allowed it to grow its user count through new and existing brokers.

En 2020, PSI a réorganisé sa proposition de valeur et a créé de nouveaux services à valeur ajoutée. La transformation de PSI comprenait la migration vers le nuage, le déploiement de la gestion des appareils et l'intégration d'un nouveau segment de clients.
